Tourist Arrested: Sitting In Kids Slide Strapped To Moving Car

Two tourists have been arrested for driving around the streets of a Spanish city with one of them sitting in a children’s slide strapped to the top of a car.

The bizarre scenes were recorded by onlookers in the city of Chiclana de la Frontera, in the southern Spanish province of Cadiz and the Spanish Civil Guard have now arrested two men, both aged 22, for the prank.

In the video, a man can be seen sitting on a children’s slide strapped to the roof of a white SUV as it drives around the city’s busy streets.

The man, who has not been named, can be seen holding onto the side of the slide with one hand and waving at passersby with the other.

The Spanish Civil Guard launched an investigation after videos of the incident were posted onto social media.

Local media report the stunt caused a traffic jam as the driver was moving very slowly to try to keep his friend safe. On Monday, the same car seen in the video was found stuck in the sand on the nearby Palmar beach.

Investigators said the two men involved are from the town of Bohadilla del Monte, in the Madrid region of central Spain, and were on holiday in Cadiz.

They were arrested and taken to the Spanish Civil Guard station where they were reported for a crime against traffic safety.

Reports state they are believed to have been released but with a criminal report against their names.

It is unclear if the men were inside the car when it was found stuck in the sand.
