Eva Longoria’s Luxury Marbella Beachside Restaurant Destroyed In Huge Fireball

This is the moment a huge fire destroys Hollywood star Eva Longoria’s luxury beachside restaurant in popular British tourist destination Marbella.

The startling scenes were recorded at the Playa Padre restaurant in the popular tourist city of Marbella, in the southern Spanish province of Malaga in the Andalusia region, which Hollywood star Eva Longoria was a partner in, according to local media.

The restaurant on fire.

The emergency services were called after neighbours spotted the fire at the restaurant on the El Cable beach and four fire engines quickly arrived on the scene, according to reports.

In the video, firefighters can be seen working to try and contain the flames which have engulfed the restaurant owned by actress and businesswoman Maria Bravo and her sister Carmen.

Other clips show the huge plume of smoke rising from the fire which reportedly began at around 7 pm local time.

The flames were eventually brought under control and according to preliminary investigations, the fire only caused material damage as the restaurant was closed for the low season.

Owner Carmen Bravo told reporters “the restaurant had 60 workers and we were ready to open in April, at Easter,” adding that she was shocked by the incident.

It is not known what caused the fire and an investigation has been launched into the incident.

Huge Fireball

Playa Padre opened in the summer of 2017 and Hollywood actress Eva Longoria was reportedly a partner in the business.

Model and actress Pamela Anderson was a guest at the restaurant’s opening in 2017 and local media report the beachside eatery was popular with global celebrities.

The main guest for the opening for the summer season in 2018 was Canadian actress Katheryn Winnick, who pays one of the main characters in the TV series Vikings.

Bravo said to local media: “Everything is burnt. Thank God nobody was injured.”

The investigation into the causes of the fire is ongoing.
